Meeting Room Hire

Our six well-appointed meeting rooms can be hired by members and non-members through the Gilmoora House app. With space for 4 to 28 people. All feature high-end video conferencing equipment, so you can get on with your meeting seamlessly.

Stay connected with the Gilmoora House app

The Gilmoora House app is a smart membership portal that gives you access to the building and communal areas, so there’s no need to carry a keycard. You can also book meeting rooms, purchase plans and products, manage your bookings, pay invoices, edit your profiles through the app.

Other useful features are the Discussion Board, a Directory of Members, messaging and an Articles section where you can post interesting articles for other members to read. There are Virtual Rooms for video conferencing and an Events section where we’ll advertise upcoming member events. When we receive a delivery for you, we will notify you on the app.

Go to the calendar icon in the app’s menu, select a room, choose a time slot and tap “Add to Basket”.

If you’re a member, the booking will be added to your monthly bill.

If you’re a non-member, you’ll be prompted to pay upfront.

Yes, you can view and manage your bookings under “My Activity.” Please note our cancellation policy: 

Portland Room – 100% charge if cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking.

Titchfield, Wells, Langham, or Mortimer – 100% charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking.

The app has a magic button feature which unlocks the closest door to you. Tap the “Unlock Door” button on the home screen. Or you are able to select the individual you would like to open.

Go to the “Perks” section in the menu to view exclusive offers available to Gilmoora House members.

Use the “Help Desk” option in the app to report any technical issues or to request assistance.
