Business Centre Manager
As the Building Manager at Gilmoora House, Osei Bonsu brings his extensive background in Sales and Building Management to ensure the efficient operation of Gilmoora House. With a wealth of experience, he takes a strategic approach to managing resources, fostering tenant relationships, and optimising overall building performance. His expertise in sales gives him a unique perspective on client satisfaction, which feeds his proactive and customer-centric approach to property management. This blend of skills means he upholds the highest standards at Gilmoora House, making it a well-maintained and thriving environment for both tenants and guests.
Kimberly Arango
Senior Service Coordinator
Kimberly’s work background has always centred around the customer service industry, and she has been working in the serviced office sector for 10 years. She passed her customer service first impression training with distinction which has helped her to maintain the level of professionalism within her day to day at work. Kimberly thrives under pressure, keeping cool and collected irrespective of any challenges the day may bring.
Friends and colleagues describe her as kind, friendly and always up for a chat. Recently she has taken up Pilates with FS8 and enjoys making it part of her daily routine. Outside work, she spends her time with her family or enjoying dinner and drinks with friends.
Cindy Marcolina
Junior Service Coordinator
Cindy moved to London in late 2016 after completing a degree in Drama and Entertainment Studies in her native Italy. Her experience in the entertainment industry has always been supplemented by customer service roles. She loves building relationships with her clients, ensuring everyone’s needs are met and their days run smoothly. You’ll find her mostly in the reception area, eager for a chat and to exchange book or film recommendations. She’s also ready to print off your latest minutes, book a meeting room, or assist with any deliveries.
Enzo Petrasso
IT / AV Communications Specialist
Enzo has been an IT professional for over 20 years, working in a variety of sectors, from commercial to non-profits to military systems. He has an extensive track record of designing and implementing IT infrastructures and systems.
At Gilmoora House, Enzo assists with the setup and maintenance of all the IT needs of our clients in the building from Wi-Fi to Firewall Installations.
