We’re becoming increasingly aware of the need to create a sustainable office space and implement sustainable practices. But please bear with us as we start the process – we’re working behind the scenes on our sustainability strategy and it’s important to everyone that we spend time getting it right.
Our parent company The Langham Estate recently appointed a Head of Sustainability to join the senior leadership team who will be advising us on what we can do to become more sustainable and help us implement the Estate’s strategy. Progress has been already made as The Langham Estate has joined the Westminster Sustainable City Charter.
By joining this program The Langham Estate has publicly committed to achieving net zero emissions.
In Gilmoora House we have already implemented some changes such as switching to a renewable energy provider, switching all lights from halogen to more efficient LED lights. Our waste is currently being managed more responsibly with none of it going to landfill which will ensure a greener footprint.
